Privacy policy
Estate Plaza Body Corporate Management respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you give it to us knowingly and voluntarily, for example when you complete our proposal or contact form, email us or call us. This may include your name, email address, phone number and the best time to call you, the name, address and CTS number of your scheme, the number of lots, your current body corporate manager and when its agreement ends, and anything you include in your message.
How our website forms work
Our forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you submit a form, your details pass through FormSubmit’s servers and are emailed to bc.nq@century21.com.au. FormSubmit handles that information under its own privacy terms. We do not store form submissions on this website.
How we use it
We use your information only for the purpose you gave it: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, or provide body corporate management services. We do not sell your information. Copies of correspondence sent from the website, which may contain personal information, are kept as records for record-keeping and back-up purposes.
Our group
Estate Plaza is part of the Century 21 Coast to Coalfields group. Website enquiries are received at the group email address bc.nq@century21.com.au, which the Estate Plaza team uses.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy.
Access, correction and complaints
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as they apply to us. You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing bc.nq@century21.com.au or writing to us at Upstairs, Shop 5, 68 Sydney Street, Mackay QLD 4740. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
